Refund Policy

At MyDance Studio, we strive to provide the best dance experience for our students. We understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Class Tuition:

Tuition fees are non-refundable once the session has started.

No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes. However, makeup classes may be available based on availability.

2. Private Lessons:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit or reschedule.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours.

3. Studio Closures & Cancellations:

If MyDance Studio cancels a class, workshop, or event, a full refund or credit will be issued.

In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as weather-related closures, a makeup class or credit may be offered at the studio’s discretion.

4. Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
